If you are having issues signing in to your Online Banking account, please see the helpful tips below:

Windows Users
  1. Open internet browser window.
  2. Press and hold down the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys.
  3. When the settings browser tab or history pop-up opens, clear/delete browser history, cookies and cache.
  4. After you complete step 3, enter uhcu.org in your browser search bar.
  5. Sign in to Online Banking using your established Username and Password.

eStatements

Go paperless with eStatements! Save time and paper with this convenient alternative to monthly mailed statements. By signing up to receive your statements electronically, you are able to download them through your Online Banking account the first business day of each month. By receiving your statements electronically, you’re free from the burden of having to keep track of and shred paper statements. You can access all of this information online whenever you need.
 

We understand that fast and easy access to your accounts is important when it comes to selecting your financial partner. To better serve you, we have joined several ATM surcharge-free networks, providing our members access to hundreds of free ATMs throughout the Greater Texas area as well as more than 35,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.

Access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week from your touchtone phone. Convenience at its best! Through our automated phone system, you are able to check your balances, transfer funds and perform other banking needs.

IN-Touch
To access your accounts using IN-Touch℠, you need your main account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). First time callers are asked to enter their account number, then enter the last four digits of their Social Security Number. The system will then prompt the caller to set a PIN. If you are a current member and do not know your PIN, you create a new code by contacting the Telephone Service Center at 512.435.4545, 903.597.7484, 800.531.2828, then press 0.

Mobile Check Deposit

Now you can deposit checks to your United Heritage account anytime, anywhere using the UHCU Mobile App on your mobile device. To get started, follow the steps below to enroll and view step-by-step instructions in our Mobile Check Deposit Guide.

Enroll in Mobile Check Deposit

  1. Sign in to the UHCU Mobile App and select Menu > Transactions > Mobile Deposit Enrollment.
  2. Review the Remote Deposit Services Disclosures and Agreement, click the check box and select Accept.
  3. Once enrolled, select Menu > Transactions > Deposit Check to get started.
