As your financial institution, United Heritage Credit Union makes every effort to ensure the security of your funds and the privacy of your personal information. For this reason, we want to alert you of a large card compromise that occurred at Target stores nationwide between 11.27.13 and 12.15.13.

We have not received a confirmed list of compromised United Heritage debit cards. Once we receive confirmation of any compromised United Heritage debit cards, we will alert those who are affected as quickly as possible. If you would like to obtain a new United Heritage debit card, please visit any of our full service branch locations or call 512.435.4545, 903.597.7484 or 800.531.2328.
We encourage you to monitor your United Heritage account closely for suspicious activity. If you notice any fraudulent charges within your account, please visit a branch or call our Telephone Service Center.
Please note that we will not be alerted of compromises on non-United Heritage Credit Union cards, such as Target debit or credit cards. If you have additional questions regarding the Target breach, please call Target directly at 866.852.8680 or visit the Target website.

More information about fraud protection can be found here

United Heritage will provide updates via our website and on our Facebook page as we receive more information. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 512.435.4545, 903.597.7484 or 800.531.2328

Hello Linda,

We screened all UHCU debit cards to determine those that might have been exposed through Target and sent an email to those people last week. If your card needs to be replaced you will be contacted.

Thank you,

We're sorry to hear about the problem signing in to online banking. If you are still experiencing issues signing in please call us and we'll be happy to help out. 512.435.4545

We might need to check your sign in information as online banking was accessible on Saturday and Sunday.

Thank you,

The banking website has been down all weekend. How are we supposed to monitor for potential fraudulent card use if we can't access our account activity?

Please notify for any information as I used my debit card at Target within the dates of compromise.
