Online Banking Update Troubleshooting

Online Banking Update

We understand some members are having issues signing in to their Online Banking account. We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please try the following:

Windows Users
  1. Open internet browser window.
  2. Press and hold down the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys.
  3. When the settings browser tab or history pop-up opens, clear/delete browser history, cookies and cache.
  4. After you complete step 3, enter uhcu.org in your browser search bar.
  5. Sign in to Online Banking using your established Username and Password.

Mac Users
  1. Open internet browser window.

UHCU Mobile App Update

Additionally, members with the UHCU Mobile App must complete an app update.

Android Users
  1. Delete the UHCU Mobile App from your device.
  2. Reinstall the UHCU Mobile App using Google Play in order to complete the update.
Apple Users
  1. If your device is not set to update apps automatically, locate the UHCU Mobile App in the Updates screen of the App Store.
  2. Select "Update" in order to complete the update.

I have tried everything you have suggested and nothing works. Do not need your service if I cannot access it....too many options.

Tried instructions. Still not working. I am seriously starting to get very angry about this. I have called UHCU, and no one was able to help me. I would assume I will not be held responsible for any transaction fees if unable to transfer funds from one account to another. What is being done to insure this does not happen again with future upgrades? What do you suggest I do now?

Went to the branch. Finally got in...now I'm home and I can't get back in. I've deleted my cookies and done all the things you suggested. So what next?

The main Online Banking system upgrade is complete, and the updated experience will be rolled out to members over the next few weeks.
