If you receive a text message from an unknown number claiming your Credit Union card has been blocked, please do not respond or call the number provided. This is a phishing scam to gain card information.

You should never reply to or open a text message you suspect is a scam. If you have already opened it, do not click any links or attachments, and do not provide any personal or financial information.

As a reminder, United Heritage will never call, text or email asking you for your debit or credit card numbers, account number or Social Security number. It is important that you never give out this information to an unknown source.

If you have any questions regarding suspicious activity or suspect fraud of any kind on your accounts, call United Heritage Credit Union at 512.435.4545903.597.7484 or 800.531.2328.
