Higher Security Standards Required for Online, Mobile Banking

Please ensure your browser and mobile operating system are up-to-date by May 1, 2018, to continue enjoying the fullest possible experience with UHCU Online and Mobile Banking.

At United Heritage Credit Union, we strive to maintain the highest possible security standards and keep members' data secure. For this reason, UHCU Online and Mobile Banking will require a higher level of security starting May 1, 2018.

If you are not using the most updated version of your browser by May 1, 2018, you may not be able to use some or all of the functionality within UHCU Online and Mobile Banking.

To update your mobile operating system on an Android device:

  1. Connect your device to Wi-Fi
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap the "About Device" icon; on a tablet, you may need to tap the "General" tab at the top of the screen first
  4. Tap "Software Update," "Update" or "System Firmware Update" at the top of the menu
  5. Tap "Check for Updates"
  6. Tap "Update"; if an update is available, the "Update" button will appear at the top of your screen
  7. Tap "Install," "Reboot and Install" or "Install System Software"

To update your mobile operating system on an Apple device:

  1. Connect your device to Wi-Fi
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap "General" 
  4. Tap "Software Update" at the top of the menu
  5. Tap "Install Now"
