From the simplest deposit to working through a more challenging transaction or financial situation, each member of our staff is personally invested in the success and happiness of our members.

'Exceptional, Professional and Polite'

My newlywed husband and I recently had a misunderstanding about a specific banking process. Out of frustration, I requested to speak with the branch manager. The branch manager, Monica, calmly explained the proper banking process to me once more and also offered to provide me with substantial, credible information explaining the process. She never once got irate with me. She was very patient, which I most definitely appreciate due to the fact that it was almost closing time for the bank. As my banking experience came to an end, I felt totally at ease about the process.

I just want to express my gratitude to Monica and the Round Rock branch for the exceptional, professional and polite customer service my husband and I received.

'A Tremendous Help'

While I am not a member, my bank is a co-op with yours. I ran into some issues with my bank on the phone. It was a huge mess, and despite none of it being y'all's fault, Melissa was a tremendous help. She even stayed late to help. I wish I could better express how much I appreciate her. United Heritage is lucky to have such a wonderful person in their team.

'Excellent Customer Service'

I’d like to recognize Melissa for her excellent customer service, timely responsiveness and genuinely caring about resolving my issue.

My son was transported to Dell Children’s Hospital and if that wasn’t emotional and stressful enough, the hospital made a huge billing error that day. Melissa made the ordeal much less stressful for me and handled the issue with such professionalism and compassion. To my great surprise, this issue from start to finish was resolved in one business day from the time I spoke with Melissa.

While in the 18 years that I’ve banked with UHCU, I’ve never had a negative experience. But I felt that Melissa deserved a little time out of my day to say thank you. It’s rare these days when calling a business with a problem that the person on the other end of the line is sincere about helping you. I appreciate your attentiveness and support with resolving my issue, Melissa!

'Warm But Professional Service'

I just wanted to give a heartfelt thanks to the people in the accounting department that recently helped me to close my elderly, deaf Mother's accounts. I received warm but professional service and never a hint of pressure to maintain the account after only one, very polite question asking why she wanted to close the account. I was impressed with manner in which each step was laid out for me to follow and how efficient but effective the security guarantees were followed to assure that I was who I said I was.
