Branch Appointments
Certain banking services, such as safe deposit box entry, are available by appointment at all branch locations. Appointments may be requested by filling out the form online by clicking the button below or by calling our Member Service Center using the numbers listed above. Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that easy access to your accounts is important when it comes to selecting your financial partner. In order to better serve you, we have joined several ATM networks, providing our members access to hundreds of free ATMs throughout the Greater Texas area.
Surcharge Free ATMs via the Alliance of Austin Credit UnionsIn the spirit of financial cooperatives, participating Austin-area credit unions have joined forces to provide members with a free network of ATMs. All members of participating credit unions have the added convenience of using any ATM within the network free of charge. As an added benefit to our members, surcharge free ATMs are also available through our membership with CO-OP. For additional free access to your money, visit any ATM location listed on the CO-OP website using the button below.
Free ATMs are available at United Heritage branch locations as well as:
- Texas National Guard Camp Mabry Base (Once granted access to Camp Mabry)
- Trinity Mother Frances Hospital, Tyler
- Altra Federal Credit Union, Tyler
