Report Lost/Stolen Debit Card

If your debit card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 512.435.4545. If you need to reach us after business hours, please call 888.241.2510. If you are out of the country, please call 909.941.1398.

Report Lost/Stolen Credit Card

If your consumer credit card has been lost or stolen, please call 800.558.3424.
If your business credit card has been lost or stolen, please call 866.552.8855.

Report Fraud

If you believe there is fraud on your account, please give us a call immediately at 512.435.4545, 903.597.7484 or 800.531.2328 and we will walk you through the reporting process.

Pause Your Card
