Remote Banking Options
Certain lobby-only banking services, such as safe deposit box entry, will be available by appointment only. Appointments may be requested by calling our Member Service Center using the numbers listed above. Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis.
During this time, we encourage you to utilize our remote banking services to perform normal account transactions. Online Banking and the UHCU Mobile App allow you to:
- Easily view your accounts
- Schedule bill payments
- Deposit checks*
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Make loan payments
- And more

As always, the safest place for your funds right now is in the financial institution systems. UHCU is designated as an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce. This means the government is promoting the ability of such workers to continue to work during periods of community restriction, access management, social distancing, or closure orders/directives is crucial to community resilience and continuity of essential functions.
