Latest Updates:

  • March 20, 2020: Our Shred Day events have been cancelled until further notice. 
  • March 18, 2020: Effective at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 all UHCU branch lobbies will be temporarily closed. Please see below for full details.
  • March 17, 2020: Our Southeast Austin (Woodward) drive-thru lanes will be closed as of Wednesday, March 18. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as they are available. Please visit our Locations page for other branch locations. 
  • March 17, 2020: Unfortunately, our upcoming Member Appreciation Events have been cancelled. This includes the events previously scheduled for April 25, April 26 and July 18. More information available here.

All UHCU branch lobbies will be temporarily closed until further notice. This is to limit face-to-face interactions between members and employees.

Drive-Thru Lanes
Drive-thru lanes only at the following locations will be open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM:

  • Kyle
  • Lakeway
  • North Austin (Mopac)
  • Round Rock
  • South Austin (Menchaca)
  • Southwest Austin (Slaughter)
  • Tyler

Member Service Center
At this time, our Member Service Center will be open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note that we will do our best to help members as quickly as possible, but may experience higher call volume and wait times right now.

Branch Appointments
Certain lobby-only banking services, such as safe deposit box entry, will be available by appointment only. Appointments may be requested by calling our Member Service Center using the numbers listed above. Considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Remote Banking Options

During this time, we encourage you to utilize our remote banking services to perform normal account transactions. Online Banking and the UHCU Mobile App allow you to:

  • Easily view your accounts
  • Schedule bill payments
  • Deposit checks*
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • And more

Be sure to download the UHCU Mobile App or enroll in Online Banking to take advantage of these features from anywhere.

Your Funds are Safe
As always, the safest place for your funds right now is in the financial institution systems. UHCU is designated as an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce. This means the government is promoting the ability of such workers to continue to work during periods of community restriction, access management, social distancing, or closure orders/directives is crucial to community resilience and continuity of essential functions.
