We are excited to see you at our upcoming United Heritage Member Appreciation event. Please read below for important event details including ticket delivery, check-in, parking, activities and door prizes.

Ticket Delivery: All tickets for Dell Diamond are now digital. Your ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address used to register one week before your event date from ordertracking@tickets.com. You will need to create an online account to access the tickets. 

Tcickets can be printed from home or digital tickets saved to your device for entry.

Parking & Check-In

  • Upon arrival, inform the parking attendant you are with United Heritage Credit Union to receive free general parking. You can park in any of the general parking areas. (All West and East parking lots)
  • Check-in opens at 5:00 PM.
  • Check-in is located at the entrance to the United Heritage Center by the First Base Gate.
  • Registrants must check-in to receive wristbands and confirm entry for Door Prizes.
  • You can then enter Dell Diamond through the First Base Gate and then enter the United Heritage Center from inside the stadium. Wristbands are required for entry into the United Heritage Center.

Clear Bag Policy

Dell Diamond is now a clear bag venue. Bags that are permitted include:

  • Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12"6"12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5"

Food & Activities

  • The Round Rock Express baseball game starts at 6:05 PM.
  • Face painters, caricature artists and balloon artists will be available from approximately 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream and cookies will be served from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
    • Seating is available in the United Heritage Center, at your designated stadium seat(s) or in the Picnic Area inside the ballpark. 
  • Beaker, the UHCU eagle, will be in attendance for pictures.

Door Prizes

Member Appreciation door prize entries have now gone digital! Be sure to check-in at the UHCU registration table, located at the entrance to the United Heritage Center, and your entry for all door prizes is automatic.
