Now you can deposit checks to your United Heritage account anytime, anywhere using the UHCU Mobile App on your mobile device. To get started, follow the steps below to enroll and view step-by-step instructions in our Mobile Check Deposit Guide.
Enroll in Mobile Check Deposit
- Sign in to the UHCU Mobile App and select Menu > Transactions > Mobile Deposit Enrollment.
- Review the Remote Deposit Services Disclosures and Agreement, click the check box and select Accept.
- Once enrolled, select Menu > Transactions > Deposit Check to get started.

Signature Requirements for Mobile Deposits
All checks deposited via a mobile device must contain:
- A valid signature
- "For mobile deposit only at UHCU" (under the signature line)
Please note: The above information must be written legibly on the back in dark ink.

If these requirements are not met, your mobile check deposit will not be processed. You will be notified via email or a secure message within Online Banking if your mobile deposit is not deposited to your account due to the signature and required verbiage not being present.
To assist you with this new requirement, the required verbiage has been added to the Deposit Check feature on the UHCU Mobile App and will appear when you are prompted to take a photo of the back of the check (as shown below).
To qualify for this Service, you must meet eligibility criteria as dictated by United Heritage, including having all accounts in good standing. Eligibility of this Service is determined at the full and complete discretion of United Heritage and may be withdrawn at any time.
