Notice: Collections Text Alert Update

Effective Friday, April 24, 2026, our Collections team will be sending text messages to members with delinquent loans.

The text message will clearly identify that it is from a UHCU representative, and members may opt out of receiving messages at any time. Members can also communicate directly with our collections team via text to address their loan.

For your security, these messages will never ask for your account information or social security number.

The safety and security of your financial information is our top priority and we believe this additional real-time communication will be a great benefit for our members.
