Our new phone system is officially live -- giving you an easier, faster way to connect with us over the phone.

Here's what you can start doing today:
  1. Speak Naturally: No more long menus, or pressing buttons -- just tell us what you need.
  2. Get Help Faster: The system will help guide you to the right place quickly.
  3. Live Screen Share: You can now securely share your screen with our Member Care Representatives for step-by-step support when you need it.
  4. 24/7 Self-Service: You can now handle common transactions at any time, like:
  • Fund Transfers
  • Balance Inquiries
  • Stop Payment for Check / ACH transactions
  • Enable Travel notifications on Debit Card
  • Card Activation Requests
  • Report Lost Card or Pause Cards
  • Debit Card Increases
Reminder: Our representatives are still available during regular business hours.
  1. Our phone number is not changing: Call the same number you always have.
  2. You can still reach a representative at any time during regular business hours: Just say "representative" to speak to a UHCU employee.
