Gears and Giving Car Show benefitting United Heritage Charity Foundation

Gears and Giving is a community car show and family event. Happening Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. This event features classic, custom, and performance vehicles, plus food vendors, kids’ activities, and entertainment.

This event is FREE for all attendees to enjoy. Join us for a day of fun for all ages!

We are currently accepting event sponsors, vendors, and car show participants. All proceeds benefit the United Heritage Charity Foundation (UHCF). Please click the buttons below to register.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an admission charge for spectators?

No. Spectators are free to attend the car show. There will be a mix of free and paid attractions.

Will trophies be awarded?

Yes. There are 10 judged classes with one award per class. Registered vehicles can win in multiple classes if they meet judging criteria for them.

Can I park with friends or members of my car club?

Yes. Please email us at gearsandgiving@uhcu.org to make arrangements for group parking prior to the event.

Can I park my car in a show spot the night before?

No. Any vehicles parked in the show area past midnight the night before will be towed at owner’s expense.

Are displays allowed?

Yes, but display boards should be kept to a reasonable size and not impede pedestrian traffic or into another participant’s space when set up. No external sound systems or generators are allowed.

When do I have to move my vehicle out of my show spot?

The show ends at 3:00 pm. Please have your vehicle removed by no later than 4:00 pm.

If I decide not to come to the car show, can I get a refund?

No refunds, however, the entry fee will be donated to the United Heritage Charity Foundation.

If I can't attend, will you mail me a shirt?

No. You must pick up your shirt at the car show.

Can I post "For Sale" information on my car?

Yes, personal sale of your car is acceptable. Promotion of a business selling cars is not acceptable unless you are approved to be a vendor.

Can I bring a different car to the show than the one I originally registered?

Yes. You can bring the alternate vehicle to the car show if you contact the event organizers in advance. Please email Gearsandgiving@uhcu.org to notify of the vehicle change.
